Our NGO is using the space for a while now, and we're really happy with it. There is free coffee, a vending machine, fridge, etc. Several meeting rooms, boxes for conference calls, and a place to relax. The people there are very nice. The space manager in particular puts in good effort to implement people's needs and wishes. Personally, I'm realizing right now how grateful I am to have a workspace that has air conditioning :-)
