My experience at Monday Arroba was unpleasant, as I felt disrespected due to the unprofessional treatment of the staff. The most worrying thing happened at the end of my visit, when I discovered that the main doors of the establishment were closed, leaving me trapped inside. In order to get out, I had to jump over a barrier, which turned out to be an unexpected, uncomfortable and humiliating situation. I hope you can take steps to prevent unfortunate situations like these from happening again in the future.

I recently had a rather frustrating experience at Monday Arroba, and I feel it's essential to share my story with others considering their services. While the physical facilities and workspace were satisfactory, I encountered a major issue with their contractual terms that has left me feeling deceived and burdened financially. When I initially signed up for the coworking space, I was offered a seemingly reasonable 6-month contract. At the time, it appeared to be a fair and flexible option for my needs. However, much to my dismay, I discovered that the 6-month contract automatically renewed into another 6-month term two months prior to the initial end date. This caught me entirely off guard, as I expected the agreement to transition into a rolling contract after the initial 6 months. This oversight on their part has cost me dearly, especially since my company decided to withdraw remote office rent benefits during that period. As a result, I am now obligated to pay a staggering ~€2900 for another six months, which I had not planned for nor budgeted. This unexpected financial burden has put considerable strain on my resources and has left me feeling taken advantage of. I understand that contract details are essential, and I take responsibility for not scrutinizing the fine print more thoroughly. However, I believe that service providers like Monday should prioritize transparency and clarity when presenting contract options to their clients. It's incredibly disappointing to experience this level of miscommunication and hidden terms, which significantly impacts a customer's financial stability. On a positive note, the physical offices and workspace at Monday Arroba were pleasant and met my expectations. The environment was conducive to productivity, and the amenities were adequate. Nevertheless, I cannot overlook the significant issue with the contractual terms, which overshadowed any positive aspects of my time at this coworking space.
