The building is well located, just steps from Trocadéro, on a quiet street. The premises are spacious, which our clients and team appreciate. What about the 360° terrace overlooking all of Paris?

They have just decreed by email the elimination of the office for the nomads, there were only 8 positions for 22 people, it was not luxury since the cleaning is never done and almost no heating, most of the nomads complain about it... Now, according to Morning, you have to work "in the common areas" or take a permanent position for 600ht euros instead of 300ht euros, it's a price to "Thank us for our loyalty", it is well written in the email, a real joke which gives an idea of the commercial sense of this company and the so-called goodwill for its community. In summary, Sté Morning arbitrarily removes an offer of 300 euros excluding tax/month to force its customers to subscribe to an offer of 600 euros excluding tax/month and this is "to thank them for their loyalty". I DO NOT RECOMMEND MORNING, and reserve the right to modify my review based on the response from this Dishonest company.

The premises are magnificent. We therefore decided to rent a meeting room for two hours and then access the rooftop for 15 minutes for a video shoot. We had sent an email a month and a half in advance. The manager had mentioned that she could offer us, and I quote, "a very reasonable price" for students. After a month of conversations, an in-person visit, and about ten missed calls with reception and the manager, we were finally quoted a rate of €1,150 excluding tax (the famous student rate) a week before the shoot. Currently, we still don't have a rental rate for a meeting room, demonstrating a lack of efficiency in responding to questions via email. A slightly more efficient and timely response would have been more professional and a good omen. We will therefore be looking at competitors who have been much more responsive and commercially attractive.
