The buildings are old. There's a significant difference between modern office buildings and Orion or Saturn (as they were once called). The buildings next door are currently being demolished. They have elevators and underground garages.

The building itself is quite nice, for an office building. Although it doesn't stand out from the others in the entire "Mordor" area. Unfortunately, as everywhere else, there's a complete lack of parking for visitors (only a company parking lot at the rear of the building).
