Initial tour of the coworking space and first meeting with Ms. Karolina Skodova (Community Manager) were positive but subsequent response time was at times 22 days long, even to sales' inquiries which most organizations respond to in a timely manner. Also, multiple promises were made to allow participation in at least one networking event to better evaluate the operations' value proposition which otherwise was very poor relative to the competitors in Prague. However, despite multiple follow ups this never took place and further reflected the lack of professionalism and the improper management at this property. There are definitely better meeting facilities at nearby hotels and most competitors possess more professional staff, response time and space than Opero per my comparisons. It is also very unfortunate that Opero does not seem to have a higher level manager than Ms. Skodova to receive customer feedback and review the performance.

The location is fantastic.We were walking, discovering, and suddenly ended to be audiences of a really good Opera. It was a real luck and we enjoyed it a lot

A great co-working space in the middle of Prague that's very well connected to the old town and has several options for lunch around. The meeting rooms are modern and well connected with a very satisfactory WiFi collection. All the folks working here are incredibly friendly and helpful as well. The real star is their cafe serving up a wide selection of drinks and some smaller desserts throughout the day.

Thanks for the warm welcoming of the hosts. We received a really nice tour of the space and the story of the house was impressive. Very fancy and quiet space.
