Unfortunately, the second use of a meeting room in Bonn also brought problems. The room itself was fine, and the colleague there was very friendly. The trouble began with the billing, when multiple billing errors were reported. This resulted in an exchange of several emails and ultimately an admission of a system error on the provider's side. As a customer, I have little willingness to invest time and effort in resolving such errors.

My experience with this provider was consistently disappointing and unacceptable. From the beginning, it was not clearly communicated that using the service would incur additional postal service charges. This resulted in me having to pay an additional €120 (including VAT) annually, even if I didn't receive any letters (if I wanted to receive the letters weekly, that would already be approximately €430 per year). These hidden costs are an absolute disgrace and completely unacceptable. The fact that the provider persists in its position despite my legitimate complaints and concerns and forces me to adhere to the 30-day cancellation period is another example of the lack of customer service. In total, I have paid approximately €250 to this provider for something these people have caused me nothing but trouble. I strongly advise against using this service and demand compensation for the inconvenience and costs incurred. I am now with a provider in Munich who is much more transparent and only charges the actual postage costs for mailing.

The premises are in good condition. So far okay. The setup of the coworking space is problematic. A large area where the reception and kitchen are also located. When someone makes a coffee, it's loud, when two people meet in the kitchen and chat, it's loud, etc. The fact that the area is completely hard and smooth may seem modern, but it's a catastrophe in terms of sound. If you want to concentrate, not recommended. If you want to rent your own office, I can imagine there being no problem.

Very friendly staff in a bright office. The coworking space is modern and has everything you need to work. The tables and benches in the kitchen area could use some power outlets, though :)
