We booked a small room at Waidmarkt (6 people) for a 1.5 hour session. The communication beforehand was ok, but very impersonal. That's why I looked at the whole thing on site in advance. Everything looked professional so far. The meeting started at 8:30 a.m. I was assured several times that this wouldn't be a problem, that my colleague would come earlier and that the room would be prepared accordingly the day before. When the board members arrived at 8:30 a.m., the colleague at the reception was anything but friendly and service-oriented. When asked that a room was booked from 8:30 a.m., she said: "I can only be contacted from 9:00 a.m." She finally found the room she had booked and opened it (at 8:40 a.m.). There was an unprepared room that was cluttered with dirty dishes from the last booking. The coffee was then prepared and was not charged for, but this is not a service-oriented activity, especially since everything was agreed upon beforehand. When I asked that someone call me back the next day so that I could report our experiences and clarify what went wrong, no one has responded to this day (1 week later). I've already received an invoice... that works...Another note: there was a terribly dried out plant in the room, which made a very bad impression when I entered. We will not be booking the Regus rooms again and I have also communicated this internally within the company.

Be very careful when working with Regus and their agreements. The salesperson made mistakes in the agreement and would not cancel or adjust the agreement at a later date. It was a very difficult process working with them. They stated they wanted to help, but they did not show any help and only wanted the money.

My first time working from a Regus Office, it was ok. The receptionist was friendly, explained everything to me in detail and even said goodbye when he got off work and I was still sitting in the office. I found that extremely polite! So everything is good so far. The office space was also fine and left nothing to be desired. I still have to get used to this way of working. Where I still see room for improvement: A) It would be nice if you could lock your office independently, because if the receptionist is not there, the room is de facto open. B) Either I missed it or there is not enough signage for parking spaces. It would be nice if you could see straight away when you drive in that you should use the public parking spaces for the Regus Office. As written, I may have overlooked it, but more information would be good. The local hotels also have several information signs. I don't really want to write anything about the cleanliness of the toilets, but every visitor should look into it for themselves... It works at home too, at least for some people.
