The business model is simply a rip-off. A post office box costs €250 a month. My mail hasn't arrived for one of the companies for months, and Regus doesn't care one bit. In the end, I've been paying for a post office box for months that doesn't receive any mail. The poor service is rounded off by the reception desk, which isn't actually staffed; people prefer to stand outside the door smoking or talking on the phone. They don't see themselves as responsible for solving the problem either. Now I can request a change of company address.

The rooms serve their purpose. The flexibility is very good. Of course this has its price. Everything is okay up to this point. Opinions can be divided about the €40 coffee and tea allowance per person per month. But the customer service is really abysmal. There were already problems with the inquiry/contract creation. Contact person can never be reached and no response to emails. After the laborious process of concluding a contract, problems arose with (automated) invoicing. Here too, no contact person is available and emails are ignored. Finally, exactly the same thing again with the (automated) termination. Incorrect notice period, ASP cannot be reached and emails are not responded to. Every time it feels like a side quest. Unfortunately there is no XP for the achievement!

Basically the office space is fine. Everything is kept clean and there are basic amenities for the offices. There are also conference rooms and a coffee area that you can use. Unfortunately, that was it for the positive things. Using coffee machines costs extra, and unfortunately the coffee isn't particularly good. Furthermore, there is only one machine on the ground floor. The tenants also have to remove rubbish from the offices themselves; rubbish bins in the office are not emptied. And unfortunately there is no proper air conditioning system. When it gets hot, the southern offices are almost unusable.

We have been tenants at this office center for some time and can recommend it without reservation. All employees are friendly, helpful, and solution-oriented. The atmosphere in the center is excellent, and the services offered can be used without restrictions.
