Nice cozy center. The working atmosphere is great, Regus employees are super nice and helpful!!! But there are 3 stars because the REGUS SYSTEM has simply been bad in the last 3 years. We rented 3.5 years ago and there were soft drinks (for a fee), offices were cleaned daily, parking spaces for customers, trash cans in the office were emptied, an employee at reception every day, etc. As of today: * No soft drinks, just water * Offices are cleaned upon request - although you can't speak of cleaning here... They vacuum, and that's it. Regus is trying to sell this under sustainability (it fits the times and the customer is stupid) - they are trying to save money. * Everyone has to bring their own rubbish into the collection bins where they are supposed to be separated so that the cleaning company can then throw everything into a bag later, there are no rubbish bins in the house to separate. * Employees are missing and often have to help out in other ce terns, which means you often have someone else sitting at the counter, often only half-time. In 3.5 years we have now had our 6th center manager... * App only works occasionally and if no one is at the counter, you can't get to the office... so bad luck! All of this is topped by a quite interesting pricing policy; 53% price adjustments can definitely happen. Prices are also understood in such a way that Regus can omit services, but the rent cannot then be reduced - so it's all a one-way street! So all in all, everyone has to decide for themselves what is important to them, you just don't need to pay any attention to the marketing nonsense and the price-performance ratio only suits Regus.
