I rented an office at Regus to use as a location for a business photo shoot. The offices are very well equipped. Especially with plenty of power outlets, good lighting, and friendly staff who answered all my questions in a friendly and helpful manner. I'll definitely be back.

No discretion, extremely poor service. I can only advise anyone not to rent an office here. No discretion: the ladies at reception are constantly on the phone via Teams. Regus apparently can't afford headsets because every conversation comes over loudspeakers. I now know exactly which customers are stupid and which are in arrears. Sorry - but that just doesn't work. Reception: The women at reception are so bored that they only spend time on their cell phones. Some people watch the series. Sometimes I really feel sorry when you're not busy in your job and have to kill time. But: They are always friendly. Extremely poor service: When the hand drying paper runs out, a pack is simply thrown onto the container. The customer can fill it in themselves. The toilet seat in the men's toilet was broken for an incredible 5 months until it was replaced. Fragrance parts have now been set up to combat the smell, so that you get short of breath when you go to the toilet - not for allergy sufferers or people who still have a functioning nose. Internet: I never got it via WiFi. Apparently my MAC address is invalid. Offices: Couldn't be more unimaginative. There are empty decorative vases everywhere that are losing glitter. So you get free fairy dust in your briefcases 😉 Otherwise a lot of drywall and cardboard walls. At least carpet was laid, which I think is really positive. Kitchen: There are free cookies and a coffee machine. This is even cleaned regularly. That is exemplary. I missed stovetops so I could maybe cook something small, like a frozen meal. Too bad. Conclusion: Even though there are a few positive points, this company is absolutely dysfunctional. I'm glad we're not here anymore. Processes are complicated and take a long time. Service is reduced to a tolerable minimum.

Located in the heart of Dresden, close to the Altmarkt square, and at a reasonable price. The room was immaculate, but unfortunately the windows only open slightly, making it a bit cramped for those who prefer fresh air while sleeping. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were all very friendly. We'd happily return!
