Friendliness is bestowed upon her receptionist. As a receptionist, she is supposed to greet visitors in a "friendly" manner. As visitors, we weren't aware that the Silberpalais is her own business.

Extremely rude doorman. If you want to use the visitor parking lot, you get yelled at over the intercom, telling you to get an access card from the company where you have an appointment. I find that unacceptable.

There are good and nice parking spaces at the back. There is also a charging station for e-cars. Very well maintained inside, toilets clean. Reception polite and competent.
