Good sharing office.

* the main door gets closed at 6pm n you can’t open it with key. I was lock outside n it took me 3 hour to get in and pick my stuff! * their hotline only says „press 1“ in German and nothing more than that. * one of the kitchen was stinky like wash room. * huge dustbin r placed in lobby which can hurt someone * in our floor, there is no source of normal water. PS. I was luck to have other colleagues who helped & guided me!

I rented a virtual office from their Berlin branch. I find Regus to be an unprofessional and dishonest company with shady terms and contracts. After I received the first bills and “welcome” email and learned about their terms and random additional fees on top of what was advertised, I immediately canceled the contract (3 days after I signed). Nevertheless they have been invoicing me left and right: Mail fees which I never agreed to nor have I ever received any mail in this address, incorrect open balances, set up fees, etc. Their responses to my queries were always apathetic and irrelevant. My opinion: DO NOT BUY ANY SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY.

Renters beware. You are dealing with a company with facilities in Russia. While the staff at their locations itself -- that is mostly Spaces and Regus -- are top-notch and of which I am very fond of. The company, in fact it's called IWG/IWGPLC with different franchises, is a mess. Their IT does not work very well while appearing to be from the 90ies and they use dark-patterns to upsell a package to you, you don't want. Further they utilize very cheap staff in Russia and other near-shoring sites to drag you through it being used to face legal battles and seemingly solve it in the ugliest way possible.
