Unfortunately, it wasn't a good experience. The seminar was excellent, but the rooms were awful. Broken chairs and unfriendly staff—at least one of the two people present was unfriendly.

I would like to tell you about our experience with your "house." On July 26, 2019, I came to Frankfurt to find a workspace for my new employee, Ms. xxx, who was opening a new location for us. It was important to us to find a workspace that Ms. xxx liked and where she felt comfortable. Therefore, we spent the entire day looking at various shared offices and office centers. After a friendly and competent conversation with Regus employee xxx, we decided on the office at Bockenheimer Landstraße 17/19, 60325 Frankfurt am Main. It was clearly agreed which room Ms. xxx would be in. The employee couldn't promise us which "seat," but the room was clearly discussed. This was repeated several times during the conversation between Mr. xxx, Ms. xxx, and me. So, when Ms. xxx wanted to start work on October 1st, we had a nasty surprise. She was assigned a seat in a different room. The room feels more like a broom closet (taste is certainly subjective), and in our opinion, it's an imposition for my employee to work there and by no means equivalent to the room we discussed. In fact, our contract stated the wrong room number. This must have been Mr. xxx's mistake. We're in the service industry ourselves, and mistakes happen. That wouldn't have been so bad. What really annoys me personally is the way we were treated in the following days. Mr. xxx was on vacation, and the "representative" had little understanding of our disappointment. They clearly acted according to the motto that a contract is a contract, and Mr. xxx should not have made any commitments regarding a room or space. The bottom line is that we terminated the contract with Regus, and Ms. xxx opted for a job with another provider. The fact that Regus is now insisting on the normal notice period and that we are being charged double is truly the height of audacity. I then explained my concerns to Mr. xxx, who was referred to me as the next level of contact at Regus. Mr. xxx had a "friendly and understanding conversation" with me and promised to get back to me with a solution. Unfortunately, I never heard from him again. This behavior completely ruins any future possibility of working together.

Worst company ever, I would never recommend this location or anything from REGUS. Support is useless, nobody is willing to help, and they do not care about their customers. My customer number is 11974933 Update 07.07.2022: Customer Support got in touch. Basically, said they cannot do anything. Took 2 weeks to get that reply.
