Really relaxed office space, but €40 a month for coffee and then the machine is constantly out of order or not emptied regularly, which only the staff can do!

It would be better if the room would not be opened with the card. Too complicated

I would just like to warn everyone to have the offices shown to them in detail beforehand (unfortunately we were denied due to Corona). The photos give the impression that Regus would be something like a modern co-working provider like WeWork, Mindspaces etc. But these are absolutely sad office spaces with the ambience of an open prison. Of course, after inspecting (and videotaping) the office space, a revocation was no longer possible; Regus has a tough legal department that doesn't seem to care about customer satisfaction or reputation. The business model seems to be limited solely to desks for letterbox companies and companies that simply want to provide their employees with a roof and WiFi. Take a close look at it beforehand and arrange a trial work or leave it at the one-month term.

The beautiful, modern offices (facing the inner courtyard) and the central location in Altona are positive aspects. The list of disadvantages, which also led us to move out, is unfortunately very long: Despite the moderately busy premises, the internet bandwidth was completely inadequate for a company that relies on VOIP. Other bandwidths would have been available only for a huge surcharge. The air conditioning in the rooms cannot be controlled independently. Completely unacceptable and outdated is the flat-rate move-out fee (in our case, €800), which is payable even if you move within Regus or the building. The behavior of the Regus employees on site is neither accommodating nor friendly. It is unforgivable that my colleague was severely interrupted during an important client meeting because the room booking duration had been exceeded by 10 minutes (no follow-up bookings). The professional approach would have been to simply charge for the additional booking time instead of interrupting the important client meeting in this way. After a year, we also received a 50% rent increase. That made it a priority to move. We're now very happy with another provider.
