DANGER! DANGER! DANGER!!!!! Our experience with REGUS: From day one of our business relationship with REGUS, communication problems arose, from discrepancies in the rental agreement to incorrect notice period information. There was a lack of competence and understanding among the employees. The assumption of responsibility in various departments, from the rank-and-file to the executive, was non-existent and no one felt responsible for customer problems. Service and solution-oriented actions were not evident in this company. I wish I had had the opportunity not to give stars but to use school grades to express how horrible and poor the service is from rank-and-file employees all the way up to management level. I have currently been waiting for two months to get my deposit back, which I paid on time before moving in. I wouldn't recommend anyone to rent an office here as there are too many hidden costs. It's amazing that you don't have to pay extra for biological needs.

I would prefer not to even give the point. When you get an invoice you can't assign it, you want to have a list. You can only get them in the online customer account. You want to talk to someone, everyone only speaks English. You ask the lady in the center whether there have been any account bookings and she responds aggressively and derogatorily with “NO” which means there is no interest. NOT GUARANTEED RRSWPECTIVE AND CUSTOMER FOCUSED. You send the notice of termination all at once and they are not responsible. The headquarters in Düsseldorf says the respective center where you conclude the contract is responsible for this. You want to speak to an area manager, they don't pass anything on If I have a company in Germany then it should be able to speak both languages and not 15 employees in English and 2 in German. Diligently send the invoice, the office is not cleaned regularly but they charge 100 percent. KEEP YOUR FINGERS AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE!!!

I am a long-time customer of Regus with my own office in Berlin. And such a rude, disrespectful and non-goal-oriented receptionist like there on November 1st. I've never had it in the morning. If you are a Regus customer, definitely avoid this center!! I wanted to rent a day office and according to the app there were still many available, but the lady said no and told me to leave the office. Unfortunately, I couldn't reach the responsible area manager by phone. I then went to one of the other Regus locations in Hamburg, where I could get the least professional help and I was given a normal day office.

Good to look at from the outside, but unfortunately neither valuable nor efficient from the inside.
