To date, overall I have been and am very satisfied with Regus. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my meeting room at short notice (at least 24 hours in advance) in November. Unfortunately there was only an invoice with the total amount instead of a possibility of an alternative, e.g. relocation, voucher... Maybe. asking too much. Ultimately I should have looked at the cancellation deadlines, so my mistake. But what disappoints me more than anything and this justifies the assessment is that there was no response to two emails to the location and contact with HQ was also ignored. Very unfortunate. In the future I will think twice about which provider I choose. The competition is far more accommodating and significantly better in terms of service and feedback.
