Pleasant reception. Friendly service and good hospitality. The meeting room, unfortunately without a window (as booked), was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Definitely recommended and highly recommended for booking.

I was at REGUS yesterday for a workshop. The reception was very friendly and attentive. However, there were things that I thought should be standard: * working pens * HDMI cables * ...and in the bathroom: soap and paper towels. The space itself: modern and co-working atmosphere 👍

Update: What's not right is the following: You're just one of many doorbells, and a company sign costs an extra €40 PER MONTH! Reception isn't staffed as planned, with at least 30 days of downtime last year. This means: The customer isn't greeted by reception. If the customer drives upstairs, there's no doorbell. So, the customer can't get into the office. It's useless! Parcels aren't accepted either. No coffee kitchen on the floor! You have to go from floor 6 to the ground floor to rinse your cup. Trash cans are no longer emptied in the office, but rather collection bins. Restrooms are sometimes poorly cleaned. Cleaning is only done after you hang a "Please Clean" sign on the door. Original review: I'm interested in expanding my company for office space that I can expand flexibly in a modern environment. If you're looking for something like that, you'll inevitably find REGUS. At first, the reviews scared me, and the contact process via the sales team with headquarters seemed rather impersonal to me, but given the size of the company, I can understand the processes! How does the process work: You go to the website and say you're interested in the office. The sales team contacts you there, standard processes... then an appointment is scheduled with the location and the location manager... it's very quick, then we had a very friendly welcome, a very friendly team at reception and those who did the viewing! Everything was explained and shown, and they took their time. You get a first impression of availability and a price range! Then you discuss the details with the manager, who is also very friendly in conversation and very effective in communication! About the concept: Well-thought-out, high quality, professional! About the building: Modern, clean, well-maintained! What do we say: The management and junior management are thrilled!

I actually wanted to review Regus in general. But unfortunately, you can't find their headquarters here on Google. We submitted a request for office space via the contact form. Unfortunately, I have to agree with the many negative reviews here. The prices on the website are completely untrue. Our offered office space was simply €900-1200 more expensive. What's really stopped us from doing this are the company's constant, annoying attempts to contact me by phone. I've been called over 25 times since Monday from various numbers in Düsseldorf. If you hang up the number because you're in a meeting or something, they just call you back straight away. Sorry, Regus, but that's definitely NOT how you treat prospective clients.
