After about 5 months of use, I decided to move to another office and they made all kinds of difficulties before I could leave. They didn't even return my deposit for 5 months. It is a completely unprofessional commercial enterprise that does everything it can to not give you your money.

Basically a nice building complex with friendly staff. Unfortunately, there are many hidden costs that aren't disclosed! When you move out, you're supposed to pay a "restoration fee." It's absolutely outrageous that you have to pay €450 for a 13m² office. My office was neither handed over clean nor repaired upon moving in; when I asked, they just referred me to the terms and conditions. The clause is in the fine print. No concessions from management whatsoever. It's a shame that they treat their landlords like this!

I was lied to about the opening hours of the co-working space. The agent said I could work after hours and on the weekend. After starting working here I realised this is not possible. Nobody at the firm want to discuss the issue or take responsibility for the agents lies. I am told that is an issue between me and the agent. The agent is however an employee of IWG/Regus. After reading reviews, I am worried of hidden charges and continued payments despite my cancellation. The contract is indecipherable and very intransparent. Just like the behaviour of the agents and staff. Stay away from this place!

I've been using office space at HangarOne since March and feel extremely comfortable here. Everything is always spotlessly clean, and the staff are consistently friendly. I'd especially like to mention Özgür, who's just here to cover for me. He's always courteous and helpful. One example of his outstanding support: He even found my access card when I lost it. This is the second time we've rented office space from REGUS, and we've been very satisfied every time. The professionalism and pleasant atmosphere contribute significantly to our positive experience. Many thanks to the entire team!

We moved into our new offices at Hangar One in Cologne, Ossendorf, on October 1, 2022. The Butzweilerhof location, a former airport, is a unique transportation hub with highway, public transport, and airport connections. The excellent transportation links were a key factor in our decision to choose Hangar One in Cologne. We were impressed by the smooth process and the support we received from the reception team, who were on hand to answer any questions we had. Even if something goes wrong, such as a broken coffee machine, we are immediately helped with freshly brewed coffee (free of charge) to kick-start our inner engines in the early morning. We feel very comfortable here and are happy to have our new offices at Hangar One.
