For a year, I rented the Regus Center in Konstanz, managed by Stefan Hemp. The facilities are modern and well-designed; the meeting rooms, in particular, are of a high standard. The atmosphere is pleasant and productive. I was able to concentrate fully on my work – the entire infrastructure (internet, electricity, heating, etc.) ran reliably in the background and was centrally managed. Communication is excellent: requests are handled reliably and very quickly. I would particularly like to emphasize the warm welcome, which also extended to my clients. A definite recommendation for flexible, professional office and meeting solutions in Konstanz.

Modern office space available for daily or monthly rental. Co-working desks are also available. I rented a day office at a fair price through the website. The reception was extremely friendly and uncomplicated. A drinks package can be booked additionally. My office was spacious. The Wi-Fi was sufficiently fast. I highly recommend this Regus branch to anyone looking for an office at short notice.

I have only positive things to say! The offices are very well-equipped and offer a pleasant working atmosphere. The lounge area, with its well-equipped kitchen, is particularly noteworthy; it's ideal for short breaks and catching up with colleagues. What was particularly important to me, however, was my landlord, Stefan Hemp. Not only was he always helpful with all tenant/landlord matters, but he was also always willing to listen to the challenges I faced as an entrepreneur. I gained many valuable ideas and inspiration from conversations with him. The office is especially ideal for networking. Thank you, Stefan!

Very modern and well-lit spaces with good amenities. The building and everything in it are completely new. There are flexible or fixed workstations, or entire offices. Very good, professional meeting rooms that you can use free of charge (depending on your contract). Quiet and focused work is definitely possible, but at the same time, there's also room for discussion if you want. A refrigerator and microwave are available. Stable and good internet access. Lockable lockers. A very friendly and helpful manager. No hassle with paperwork. Bus stop for line 6 (Eid-Str.) right outside the front door. It runs every 15 minutes during the day directly to the city center or Wollmatingen, and also runs until night. Parking is available. There are several dining options: Burro Burro, a cafeteria, various Asian restaurants with all-you-can-eat options, McDonald's, etc. The building also includes a hotel and a fitness studio. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

Very good, new, and modern co-working spaces, including private offices and rooms for team activities. A very good working atmosphere. Everything is very clean. Bright, well-insulated offices with adjustable desks and ergonomic chairs. Great location (in the center and very close to the Rhine and the lake, with a bus stop to the train station in front of the building). It's simply fantastic that there is such a place to work in Konstanz. Highly recommended!
