I rented a day office for two days! The service was very good, friendly, and helpful! It would be great if day guests could also use the space outside of opening hours!

I had a 2 year stay at ArcusPark at HQ and everything was perfect! I would have paid more for utilities and internet alone than for the office at HQ, everything is included in the price! If you communicate your wishes clearly and in a timely manner, you will receive help as quickly as possible! The center team is always helpful and professional. Thank you

I was very satisfied with HQ. The offices are well-equipped and offer a pleasant working atmosphere. The team is extremely professional and always ready to respond quickly to inquiries. The location is also ideal. I can only recommend it to anyone looking for a fully serviced office.

ATTENTION! I would recommend not paying with a credit card! They simply charged my credit card twice for booking a training room! We held the event in October, and the money for the double booking only arrived last week! My first emails weren't answered for four weeks; my colleagues in Leipzig always refer me to the service center => disaster! The case has now been resolved, and now I'm arguing with this company about getting the catering (which I never ordered) credited back to me without consulting me. This organizer can only do one thing: not respond and always refer me to someone else! Everything was simply booked "online," cost €269 "online," and my credit was €867! Simply charge the training room twice and then the catering you ordered, simply charge it afterwards, and voila, you're €867 less! Another business model!
