The quality of this business center is largely determined by its team – and I can confidently say that the staff here does an absolutely fantastic job. Ana, whom I often see at the reception desk, deserves special praise. She is always friendly, helpful, and professional. Whether it's answering calls, handling mail, or assisting with small organizational questions – she handles everything with a smile and great care. Even away from the reception desk, you can see the attention to detail here. The rooms are not only clean but also inviting. The coffee machine is always ready to use (a major plus for coffee lovers like me!), and the kitchen is always tidy – little things that make all the difference in everyday life. Everything is state-of-the-art in terms of technology: fast internet, modern offices, and perfectly equipped meeting rooms that are ideal for meetings. I feel completely at home here and can recommend the Regus Business Center in Neu-Isenburg to anyone looking for a professional and pleasant workplace.

YES this is the VA medical evaluation center. they are closed on weekends, BUT they have Doctors do evaluations on weekends- I don't know if the door bell works but they will open the door ONLY on your appointment time. I think its because they have no staff and the Dr. is alone just show up and wait till EXACT time. the 1800 and emergency numbers don't work on weekends so don't freak out. If you see this before your appointment you could call to verify before you go for peace of mind but both times i went on the weekend only one doctor was there by himself and they both answered the door on time for my appointment.

I am very satisfied with the HQ/Regus office in Neu-Isenburg. The location is ideal, as it is close to the airport and the highway. The rooms are modern, clean, and well-equipped. The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable. The prices are fair and flexible. But the best thing about this office are the two ladies at the reception. They are very friendly and competent. They take care of all customer concerns and requests. They are always helpful, professional, and smiling. They make staying at the office a pleasant experience. I highly recommend the HQ/Regus office in Neu-Isenburg. It is an excellent choice for anyone looking for an office or conference room.

Apparently, you can't read the clocks here, because "reception is open from 9 a.m." might work at 10 a.m. Signs aren't posted, and you have to pay extra for every crumb, but you can't expect any service. Incidentally, the building doesn't have air conditioning either. So, a sauna is included in the summer. All in all, a very poor service.
