Brazen and outrageous Due to technical problems on HQ's part, a debit was not processed. A reminder was sent, including fees. Customer service acknowledged the technical problems but still insisted on the reminder fees. I contacted customer service several times, always with the same result. The reminder was not canceled, despite the fact that the problem was caused by HQ. In my opinion, this is an incredible outrage.

This company is completely crazy. Their faulty system deletes our bank details for some inexplicable reason, and then they send reminders for unpaid bills.
