A very nice lady at the reception desk greeted each of my colleagues in a very friendly and personal way. We received comprehensive instructions and information about drinks, coffee, and the stay. We also received immediate assistance as the room had been accidentally overbooked, leaving us without a seat. Good value for money and fair prices for drinks. Booking is easy via the app and payment is made by credit card. The invoice is sent accurately via email. We've been there several times, both for internal and external client meetings, and we'd be happy to return. The only thing that could be improved is the parking, as there aren't any available.

Called on July 25, 2023, at 10:51 AM: No one answers the phone. The recorded message: "You're calling outside of our business hours, which are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m." Bravo! - That's how you ruin a good company name! I had already left a message the day before. No response!

I've worked at Regus Wiesbaden since 2018. Not only is it the best office space in Wiesbaden (with the added benefits of the huge IWG/Regus global chain being available when I am travelling), but: * it is very conveniently located, * it has the best office management team I have ever had the pleasure of being assisted by, AND * the infrastructure (internet speeds, office options, etc) and amenities are top notch. Extremely convenient also, is to have my post and packages delivered here. I feel a special mention should go to Mrs. Fox and Ms. Hörskens whom have both been exemplary in their office management duties over the years.

Good traditional shared office space trying to emulate co-working spaces. Effectiveness with decor and modern office furnishings. Not such a great communal atmosphere as we've come to expect from independent co-working spaces
