Self-service is actually okay, but if at least 2 people in a group of 5 people wait in line for 15 to 20 minutes each time to order their drinks or food and then wait for another time to get it, that doesn't contribute to a relaxing evening. But it's not because the people at the counter or in the kitchen take their time, but rather because of the lack of staff. But that caused us to leave the beer garden for the second time after an hour (2 beers) and go somewhere else.
