If I could give zero stars I certainly would. Looking for an office building and this company Tribes offered me a space of approximately 60-70 m2, I had a viewing and made clear price agreements with GUILLIO, so the seller of TRIBES. This Guillio promises me everything and puts it on the office contract, but guess what. That he secretly changed some things and made me sign everything. Then the director comes and acts angry, while I, as a customer, have rented that space and have completely different things under contract. In short, you will get a Guillio on the phone or you will not do business with this company at all, I will spare you that headache. Plenty of other office landlords who are honest and transparent.
