Communication is very difficult here and a test of patience. Unfortunately not customer oriented and the worst support I have ever encountered. People have been trying to get in touch for new online access for six months, as the existing one is no longer accessible when an MA leaves. There is no reaction. I've been trying to get in touch to change my bank details (direct debit) for several weeks, and I've had no response here either. You really despair.

Be careful here!!! You keep getting updated invoices, which unfortunately never correspond to the services you booked. In addition, you are billed by email for utopian sums that are absolutely fictitious. We're talking about €5 - €6000 here which are simply billed without any justification or proper list of services. It is almost impossible to reach a contact person by phone in the office on Berliner Allee. I recommend every self-employed person to choose another company, as the service here, as well as the accounting, are in no way professional and are also faulty.

Horrible experience, cero flexibility in their cancellation policy and charged me more than the initial estimated rate. Don’t book here, unless you want to pay extra and to get an awful customer service.
