Service quality looks different. The cost-benefit ratio doesn't match at all. Complaints will not be processed. Center management seems completely overwhelmed. Because of the answer and because the service has become even worse and because the agreements or promises are not kept, the second star is also taken away. Because of the answer: If you can't get through by phone and never!!! is called back - what's the point of an FB request? I will not recommend Regus to anyone and I will also cancel in the medium term.

Saubere Büros und eine sehr nette Centerleitung. Leider muss ich drei Sterne abziehen. Ich zahle nicht wenig für das anmieten meines Büros. Da ist es wohl nicht zu viel verlangt, Softdrinks zur Verfügung zu stellen... Leider kann das Personal außer Wasser nichts mehr zur Verfügung stellen. Ob nun Softdrinks gesund sind oder nicht, das sollte das Regus-Management bitte mir überlassen. Immerhin kosten Softdrinks extra und ich (ich spreche sicherlich hier auch für andere Kollegen) habe sie gerne bezahlt. Ein bisschen Auswahl wird doch wohl noch drin sein. Ansonsten fülle ich mein Wasser in der Toilette ab... Ist sogar kostenlos
